The following applies to all My Mobile RV Service Online Store purchases ONLY.

Please inspect your merchandise before accepting your order from the delivery service. Do not accept damaged items.
**All returns must be done within 30 days from date of purchase and must have Return Authorization Number (RMA) clearly marked on package.
**All returned products must be in the original packaging and in new condition, showing no signs of wear, installation or use.
**All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless defective.
**All products are backed exclusively by the individual Manufacturer. Therefore, defective items will be either repaired or replaced at our discretion or you may be instructed to contact the manufacturer directly.
***No returns of Appliances, Electrical, LP or Special Order items.
***No returns of items that show signs of wear, installation, or use.
***Shipping charges are not refunded.
Once you submit your order it is processed and fulfilled via an automated system which begins immediately upon checkout, therefore changes and cancellations after checkout cannot be made.
Returns will not be accepted without RMA number. Undamaged items refused at delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as shipping charges both ways.
